CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. You will be given a 10 minute grace period for tardiness but will be marked a no call no show unless you reach out and let me know in advance. After the 15 minutes I will cancel your appointment unless I am contacted prior. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support!
